Why don’t I receive payouts?
This may happen for a number of reasons. Please read through the list below:

I have bought my contract in the past 48 hours.

You will get your first payout once you have been mining for 24 hours and the first order has been processed. Therefore, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your first payout. After that you will get your payouts daily. Exception: If you have bought a mining contract during presales, you will have a “pre-order” initially. Therefore, the mining process will start at the given launch date. This will be clearly communicated in advance.

I have paid my contract with Credit/Debit Card during the last month.

Since the hashpower contract was purchased with a Credit/Debit Card, the mining returns are held for 60+2 days before they are sent out to wallets. This is because of fraud and security reasons. After the end of this period mining returns will be sent daily. The first payout will show up after a maximum of 48 hours. You can find your pending balance by going to My Orders under “My pending balance Payout History”. During this time there will be no activity in the graphs.

Why are my payouts 0.0000000?
This may happen for a number of reasons. Please read through the list below:

What coins can I mine with each algorithm?
Please find the information in the table below.
Why my allocation is switching back to BTC (Sha256)?
If your allocation is switching back to Sha256 this only means that the allocation is reverting in appearance. Sha256 is set as your default therefore every time you click on Mining Allocations you’ll be returned there. If you were wanting to see the allocations for Zcash, Scrypt, X11 or Ethash please directly click on those allocations at the of the page.
How does allocation work? What does AUTO mean?

Each algorithm has the capability to only mine specific cryptocoins. The list below shows you which algorithms mine each specific cryptocurrency:

  • Sha256 mines BTC, UNO and ZET
  • X11 mines Start and DASH
  • Ethereum mines ETH
  • Zcash mines ZEC
  • Scrypt mines LTC and DOGE

TOther coins which are marked with AUTO essentially mean that payouts will automatically be exchanged from mined coins to the AUTO ones at the price of the exchange rate during that day.

What does “Open-Ended” contract mean?
An ‘Open-Ended’ contract’s exact duration varies depending on three factors: 1) the mining difficulty, 2) the cryptocurrency vs USD exchange rate and 3) the maintenance fee associated with electrictricity, cooling, development and servicing costs. Although we can’t control the first two factors, we strive to use the latest mining technology and do our best to run our facilities at maximum capacity. Should a contract become unprofitable (ie. if the payout doesn’t cover the maintenance fee), the resulting daily payout will be zero. When this occurs, the contract will continue to run for 60 days during which we cover the maintenance fee so that your contract has the opportunity to regain its profitability. This may occur if the mining difficulty level decreases and/or the cryptocurrency value increases. If the contract does not regain profitability within the 60 day period, your contract will be terminated. If this happens, you will be notified and presented with different options on how to proceed.
What is the maintenance fee?
Only the SHA256 has a maintenance fee. All other products have no maintenance fee but instead have a limited set duration period.
The cost of the product is a monthly or yearly payment?
Products are subject to a one-time payment. Only the SHA256 is subject to an additional daily maintenance fee, which is deducted from the daily payouts. For more detail regarding the information about costs and fees, please see your contract terms.
Can I reinvest my earnings into buying more hashpower?
You can accumulate the payouts in your private wallet and use them towards the purchase of a new contract.
Can I get a refund? / Contract cancellations, etc…
As set out in the terms of the contract, we do not offer refunds.
Why do I have less hashpower now? / Where is my hashpower gone?
This can happen should your contract become unprofitable. This happens when the daily payout does not cover the associated maintenance fee therefore your contract will have been terminated.
Can I switch my contract to a different product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch contracts because mining machines have already been allocated and mining has begun.
Why has my purchase order expired?
We allow 30 minutes for cryptocurrency payments to reach our wallet. After which, the order expires. Please either try again or contact our customer service team to assist you in placing your order.
Why my credit card has been charged but I don’t have an active contract?
Your credit card will not be charged if your contract has not been approved, however your money may be retained in your bank. Please contact your bank directly for further information.
Why I was charged Cash advance?
Some banking institutions may charge additional fees for the purchase of Bitcoin or Cloud Mining services through their credit cards. This is called a ‘cash advance’. Please contact your bank directly for further information.
What will happen when Ethereum switches from PoW to PoS?
Currently, Ethereum is released according to the “Proof of Work” model which means miners who spend time and electricity on finding blocks, are rewarded with it. Because this model consumes energy, Ethereum’s developers have suggested a potential shift to a “Proof of Stake” model. The PoS model rewards people who hold on to their Ethereum rather than rewarding its miners. Should this shift occur, mining Ethereum will no longer be possible. If this happens before the end of your Ethereum contract, your hashrate will not be lost. Instead, it will be reconfigured to the most profitable cryptocurrency at the time. Therefore, your hashrate will be reassigned to this more profitable currency.
Can I receive payouts monthly or weekly?
Your payouts will be automatically sent to your wallet once the minimum accumulated amount is reached. As of early 2017, the minimum payout for BTC is 0.0006. Due to security reasons, it is not possible to delay the payout.
Why is my payout unconfirmed in the blockchain?
Once we send out the payment, the transaction enters the blockchain awaiting confirmation. We can assure that we send out the transactions with the correct fees but delays in the blockchain may occur regardless. Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate the process ourselves. Please be reminded that some wallets only show the transactions once a certain number of blockchain confirmations have been reached.
